Flash the Hamster is a cute round fluff ball that's part of the beanie ballz range from Ty. This range of toys are filled mainly with fluff but just enough beans in the base to make sure they always land on their feet. The motto of the beanie balls is 'roll me, throw me, catch me, I always land on my feet' and this is so true. Try it! I can't personally bear to throw my little Flash about but I have placed him on a flat surface upside down and watched as he rolled around until he was upright again.
