Don't bother!
This is the third dolly we have had (two were from Argos) that doesn't work. This was our daughter's birthday present from us nearly a month ago, and while she has been very patiently waiting for us to change it, she was very excited when the box from Amazon arrived just now and very disappointed when the doll didn't work. Just about to return it yet again for a refund. Don't waste your time or money buying this product. I will be getting her something different.
I would be very interested to know if Argos, Amazon etc will be contacting the suppliers about this, as I have looked at other reviews today and found that other people have had the same problem.
